Sunday Update – 2021.07.25

This blog post is a participant of The Sunday Post, a weekly meme hosted by Kimba @ Caffeinated Book Reviewer. It is a chance to share news. This post recaps the past week, showcases books and things I have received, and shares news about what is coming up for the week on my blog.

The Arrangement received another spectacular review, this time in video form from a vlogger/reviewer Robert’s Reading and Reviews. I absolutely loved his detailed review so much! He really gets into the stories of all of the books he reads. Please subscribe to his channel to see more of his wonderful reviews!

I’m still not completely done with book 2 yet, as I’ve gone back several times to change the flow of the story. This ending is teasing me, and I hate it! The good news is that I think I’m settling on a title: The Blackmail.

Olympics are underway! I’ve been trying to keep up with all the events. It’s been exciting so far!

I like that title! And yay for the awesome review! I’ll have to check out that channel…

Good luck with the ending 🙂

Quicksand has me a little curious. And richard Widmark in that last one…

Thank you! I usually figure out the title when I’m just about done with the book. Quicksand was good, but I really loved Night and the City. It was classic noir. You will not be disappointed.

  • I’m watching Olympics right now!!

It’s exciting! I am especially excited to see Naomi Osaka playing again after her mental hiatus. I hope she wins the gold for her home country. She’s been through so much, and I can only imagine how much that would mean to her.
